NFL Draft Experience Takes Over Ben Franklin Parkway

While it may be a weekend for the players, fans will have plenty to keep them busy at the NFL Draft this weekend.

The NFL has set up a sprawling exhibit the size of 25 football fields down by the Rocky Steps that lets fans immerse themselves in the game. Along with setting up locker rooms with the jerseys from famous players and a new, innovative light display that will correspond to each draft pick, fans will get to test their skills.

The NFL has set up a variety of “combine-like” drills for fans, such as a 40-yard dash, vertical jump, shuttle run, and touch passes. Along with the physical drills, fans will get to taste the Virtual Reality exhibit to take them inside the game.

“This is a lot of our attractions, we really want to draw everybody up there. It’s going to be dry out and be great weather for tomorrow,”  said Mary Pat Augenthaler, NFL Vice President of Events.

Fans can get a full guide to all the events by downloading the NFL Fan Mobile Pass app here. The exhibit opens at noon and runs through 11 PM both today and Friday. On Saturday, the event will open at 10 AM and close at 7 PM.
