William Penn HS Demolition for Future Athletic Site

A current construction project plans to make intercollegiate games more easily accessible to the Temple community. As part of the Visualize Temple Masterplan, two new athletic fields will take the place of the William Penn High School. Demolition of the former high school building began in early October. Phase 1 will finish on February 1, 2016, and the entire project will end by August 1, 2016.

City Council Establishes A New Vending District

Philadelphia City Council passed legislation on June 18 to establish a new vending district on Temple’s main campus. Temple School of Medicine Renamed For Trustee Member Lewis Katz
