Owls Upset 20th Ranked Cincinnati

The Temple offense took over 45 minutes of game time to really come alive against 20th ranked Cincinnati, but Anthony Russo and the Owls delivered when it mattered most. After throwing an interception on the prior drive, Russo came back with a vengeance, hitting a streaking Branden Mack in the endzone for a game-tying 20-yard touchdown with 49 seconds to go in regulation.

Army took care of business when it mattered most on Saturday, as the Black Knights scored the final 10 points of the game to beat Temple by a final of 31-28. It didn’t all come easy for Army, as the team had to rally from a seven point defect with under a minute and a half to go to get the victory in overtime.
