On January 18th, President Richard M. Englert announced that Temple University will be taking the next steps in building a multipurpose facility on campus. In an email sent to the Temple community, Englert said, “I’m pleased to report that Temple is taking the next step in evaluating the potential for a multipurpose facility, including retail space and a stadium, on our Main Campus.

Temple Men’s Basketball Falls Short to George Washington

Temple men’s basketball fell short against George Washington Sunday afternoon with a score of 71-67. This loss brings the Owls to 4-2 on the season, and brings George Washington to 4-4 on the season. George Washington came out hot in the beginning and never looked back. George Washington shot 68 percent from the field in the first half while shooting 60 percent for three pointers.

Student Health Service Changing Locations

Student Health Services will be closed on Friday, November, 17, Saturday, November 18, and Monday November, 20 as the office moves to it’s new space. Currently located at 1810 Liacouras Walk, Student Health will now be housed in 1700 North Broad Street. Tuttleman Counseling made the move to 1700 North Broad at the beginning of the semester.
