The Philadelphia Department of Public Health has today announced an additional 141 confirmed cases on COVID-19. This brings the total number of cases in the city to 31,275. City Officials Announce Philadelphia Receives State CARES Grant for Homeless Services

Today, The City’s Office of Homeless Services (OHS) has announced the award of nearly $4.2 million in State CARES Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds. The goals of these funds are homelessness prevention, rapid rehousing, human services, and legal assistance. The PA Department of Community and Economic Development has determined grantees based on submissions from the local competition.

There have been no additional fatalities in Philadelphia today, according to the Department of Public Health. However, the total number of deaths has decreased by one due to data reconciliation, bringing the total to 1,690.
