Temple is a part of North Philly and needs to start acting like it; all we do is increase security and isolate ourselves from our surrounding community. historically, increasing policing has done nothing but hurt the community more. stop coming into the community if you are going to run from it. we are talking about high schoolers here! instead of giving children a safe place to hang out in their OWN community where they are GROWING UP, we deliberately limit their access to it. Temple students do not want to see North Philly heal! This is a shame! stop villainizing the children of North Philly. They deserve to feel welcome in their own neighborhood! SHAME ON TEMPLE
