The long-standing tradition, dating back to 1771, started near 16th and JFK and made its way down Benjamin Franklin Parkway before ending at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. At the base of the Rocky Steps, Irish pride was on full display.

University organization Temple PEX has recently constructed several tiny libraries on campus for students to be able to find great books on the go. Tiny Libraries are a new addition to campus this spring. There are currently four spread out on campus with another one soon to come.

City leaders met last week to discuss the issue of gun violence as the numbers climb higher and higher. Over the weekend, a shooting in Nicetown left five people wounded and one man dead. He was shot 14 times.
