Temple’s Main Campus Programing Board can now add record holder to their resume. Over a thousand volunteers filled the Liacouras Center Monday when PB&J Day kicked off Homecoming 2016 festivities. The 2016 Temple University Relay For Life included participants who fundraised over $40,000 in memory or honor of someone in life who has battled cancer. Nearly 600 students and cancer survivors, including Hooter, came out to Temple’s over night Relay for Life event that raises money for cancer research. PHILADELPHIA – With three seconds left on the clock on Hooter’s birthday, Quenton DeCosey pulled up from the foul line, and knocked down the game-winning bucket for Temple (18-10, 12-4) as the Owls took down UCF (11-16, 5-11) 63-61.
