The rink, located at Dilworth Park in Center City, and is open 7 days a week until February 23rd. From Monday through Thursdays the rink is open between noon and 9 p.m, Fridays it’s open noon to 11pm, Saturdays are 11 a.m to 11 p.m, and Sundays are 11 a.m to 8 p.m. The admission to the rink is $3 for children…
