Temple Professor Develops 3D Printed Bandages

The Temple Bioengineering Department has been working on a new type of bandage for the medical community. Professor Jonathan Gerstenhaber, an assistant professor in Temple’s college of bioengineering, along with students and faculty, has created a 3D printed bandage made from soy proteins named NeuEsse, to print an individual bandage directly onto a wound.
