This new phase lifts restrictions for restaurants and retail establishments, allowing for the opening of outdoor dining and in-store shopping. Big box retailers, like Boscov’s in Plymouth Meeting, opened their doors on Saturday.

The Liacouras Center was designated late last month as a “surge facility” to help alleviate local hospitals if and when those hospitals reached their bed capacities. The Liacouras Center is capable of holding up to 250 patients at a time.
