Notre Dame Cathedral in Flames

The historic French cathedral of Notre Dame caught fire today, causing millions in damages to the historic French site. While undergoing renovations a fire broke out, eventually spreading to the upper levels of the historic landmark. While nobody has been injured, the damage to the cathedral is extensive, with one of the building’s towers collapsing before the roof collapsed on itself.

Philadelphia Holds Vigil for Victims in Paris Attacks

In memory of the 129 lives that were lost to the acts of terrorism in the city of Paris, France, Philadelphia held a vigil at LOVE Park Saturday. The vigil was held at 8 p.m. and you can see pictures from the event above. Six terrorist attacks in Paris, France claimed the lives of 129 victims, while leaving 352 wounded according to the citys’ prosecutor Francois Molins.
