DALLAS- In the American Athletic Conference semifinals Friday night, the Owls season came to a close as they were defeated by #1 seed, SMU, who will advance to the the AAC Finals to take on UCF. Temple women’s soccer team took on the University of Southern Florida, in a double OT thriller. The Owls fell short losing 1-0. Their record now stands at 3-12 with a 0-5 conference record. After two halves and one overtime, the Owls and USF went into double overtime where at the 103rd minute, the Bulls Grace Adams took a shot from 20 yards out that won the game for the USF.

Temple Women’s Soccer lost a tough game Tuesday against Lehigh University. The final score was 1-0 thanks to an overtime goal. Temple falls to 3-7, while Lehigh stays without a loss standing at 7-0-1. The 99th minute is where Lehigh’s Clare Severe beat Temple goalie Jordan Nash to score the game winner. Severe’s game winner came on Lehigh’s 26th shot of the game.
