The Philadelphia Phillies welcomed nearly 8,800 fans back to the Citizens Bank Park on Opening Day. These fans were sure to notice some new protocols enforced inside of the ballpark. The Philadelphia Department of Public Health has today announced an additional 141 confirmed cases on COVID-19. This brings the total number of cases in the city to 31,275. Philadelphia’s Road to Economic Recovery Outlined by City Officials

An additional 64 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health today. “One of the very best measures of how many people have a disease is the percentage of the positive tests we receive. For the first time since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, only 3 percent of the tests received were positive,” said Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley.
