As of 9 AM on February 12th, it is 30 degrees outside in Philadelphia. We are expecting to reach a high of 40 degrees.

Lots of cloud coverage and some sun peeking through. It's unlikely the city will see any snow melting until later in the week, but expect a warmer Valentine's Day.

***5 Day***

On Friday, the warming trend will continue, staying above freezing and reaching a high of 40 degrees.

On Saturday, Valentine's Day, expect a high of 50 and 11 MPH winds. Valentine's Day will boast sunny skies, possibly melting some snow before Sunday.

Sunday will likely see rain or snow following a cloudy day with a high of 50. Early next week, Philadelphia will enjoy a lovely, warm few days with Monday and Tuesday breaking 50 degrees. A high of 54 on Monday and 57 on Tuesday.
