In an effort to promote participation in the 2020 Census, Philly Counts and Congressman Dwight Evans (D-PA-3rd) are co-hosting a driving and biking census caravan.
The caravan will drive through Strawberry Mansion, Mantua and Belmont, neighborhoods which are historically undercounted in the census.
Representatives from the U.S. Census Bureau will accompany the caravan, along with local and state elected officials, including Councilmember Gauthier, Senator Street, and Representative Bullock.
For more information about the caravan, email census@phila.gov.
