Temple alumni gathered back on main campus for the annual alumni weekend. Owls were invited to sport their cherry and white and participate in events around campus.
One major event every year is the Capt. Eileen Bradley 5K Run and Fun Walk 5K. Children were treated to games, prizes and even a clown making baloon animals. As part of the festivities, a pannel of temple alumni were hosted by the school of media and communications, led by Dean Boardman. The pannelists inlcuded

- Steve Capus, SMC ‘86, Executive Producer of the “CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley”
Steve Capus offered his advice to journalism students, saying “If you want to write about golf, and you only love golf, write at golf digest or golf.com or the golf channel. Everything under the sun right now presents it’s opportunity.”
