Temple University will welcome the Class of 2019 at the annual Convocation ceremony, with one new twist: a Presidential selfie.
President Theobald welcomed an approximate 4,000 students on Friday, August 21 to Convocation at the Liacouras Center at 11am and commemorated the moment with a selfie with the new owls that morning.
Along with a group selfie, Theobald led the Owls in taking selfies and posting them to social media using the hashtag #Temple2019. The hashtag goes to show that the freshmen plan to graduate in four years through Fly in Four.
