Temple University is on the hunt for a student speaker for May’s graduation commencement.
If you’ve ever wanted the chance to speak alongside the likes of Kevin Neghandi and other big names and previous owls, here’s your shot.
The student who gets selected will speak at the Main Campus University Commencement on May 6, 2016.
Applicants should be graduating seniors with a GPA over 3.0.
Applications are due by January 15. Students should write a 2-3 minute speech along with a personal statement, resume and two letters of recommendation. More information on the application process can be found here.
Students who move onto the next round will present their speeches to a committee and the winner will work with the Dean of Students to prepare their speech for the graduation ceremony. Good luck, Owls!
