It may be the first day of September, but UberEATS plans to keep summer going just a little bit longer. 
From 11am to 3pm on Thursday, September 1, UberEats will be delivering free pints of Capogiro ice cream across Philadelphia with just the tap of a button. Here’s the scoop: Uber patrons can log into the UberEATS app, add “free Uber ice cream” to their cart, and have it delivered right to their door.
The app, free on both the App Store and Google Play, works with restaurants around Philadelphia to deliver patrons their favorite food at Uber speed. According to their website, the average order takes about 35 minutes from order to delivery.
