On Saturday, Valentine’s Day, expect a high of 50 and 11 MPH winds. Valentine’s Day will boast sunny skies, possibly melting some snow before Sunday.
Sunday will likely see rain or snow following a cloudy day with a high of 50. Early next week, Philadelphia will enjoy a lovely, warm few days with Monday and Tuesday breaking 50 degrees. A high of 54 on Monday and 57 on Tuesday.
