Senior Recitals at the Boyer College of Music and Dance are in full swing once again as students return from Spring Break.
After practicing for years for her much anticipated Senior Recital, Gabrielle Kieffer took the stage on Monday one last time as a student to preform her Trumpet in front of family, friends, and professors. Kieffer played numerous solo pieces. She also got the opportunity to invite a few of her friends, including her longtime friend, Tessa Ellis on stage to play in a quintet of brass instruments.
Kieffer said she thought she did a “pretty good job.”
“My friends were happy with it, my teacher was happy with it,” Kieffer said.
Now that Kieffer is finished with her Senior Recital, she hopes to attend grad school in the Fall.
