Temple’s 2024 Homecoming game will take place on Saturday, October 19th, at 2 PM. Leading up to the game, there will be numerous campus events as well as Family Weekend that students can look forward to.
Many students already have plans for the game, including freshman Annabel Bogdon, who said, “I usually go to some football games, but I definitely had to go to Homecoming,” and Kennedy Roane, who also plans to attend the game, stating, “I’m excited, but I’m kind of like, what’s going on? What’s happening?”
Homecoming is one of Temple Football’s most attended home games each year. But it’s more than just a football game; it’s a time for campus celebrations!
Temple’s Director of Alumni Events, Eliza Stasi, shared her thoughts on the significance of these events for the Temple community: “Homecoming is a great way for alumni to come back to campus, re-engage, and connect with students.”
Specifically, Temple’s 30 Under 30 Networking Event provided students with the chance to connect with awarded alumni. One past awardee, Temple alum Carly Harsha, said, “Coming back here and just seeing campus, past colleagues, and new students is just energizing…”
The energy of Homecoming isn’t just meant for students; it’s a time for family, friends, and alumni as well!
