The man accused of firing the shots that grazed a Temple student has been charged, according to the Philadelphia police.
Jermill Edwards, 33, was apprehended with the help of the U.S. Marshals early Friday morning.
Edwards was issued a warrant following the shooting incident outside of The Let Out nightclub on February 23rd. One block away, an unidentified student was grazed near the intersection of Cecil B. Moore Avenue and 15th street.
Police say that Edwards will be charged for both the shooting incident and resisting arrest on Friday.
