More than 25 employers will be on campus Wednesday, as Temple prepares to host a part-time career fair.
From 11 am to 1pm in the Owl Cove at Mitten Hall, employers will be talking to and hiring students to fill part-time positions available within their companies. Sodexo, Sherwin-Williams and Carmax are just a few of the registered employers scheduled to attend.
There will also be a variety of employers in departments associated with the university seeking to hire students for work study programs.
This comes just three weeks before Temple prepares to host Career Week, a series of events that will provide career expertise and advice to students who are in or entering the workforce. From September 27 to October 5, students will have the chance to partake in resume workshops, employer Q&A sessions and more. It will conclude at the end of the week with a university-wide career fair, in which employers will seek to hire students for full-time jobs and internships. .
