On Halloween the undefeated Temple Owls met their match against #9 Notre Dame at a sold out Lincoln Financial Field in South Philadelphia.
That evening Temple transformed into a traditional college town like Tuscaloosa and Penn State.
While the Owls did not win the game, they made a name for themselves by gaining attention. Comcast SportsNet arrived for a live broadcast the morning of the game, as well as College Game Day, the first time the program has ever traveled to Philadelphia.
