Women's Soccer Take Down Binghamton 4-1After falling two games in a row, the Owls Women’s Soccer team wins two in a row. This time, against the Binghamton Bearcats. Two goals in each half and another tremendous performance at goal by second-string GK Jordan Nash propels the Owls to their sixth win of the season, defeating Binghamton 4-1.

Today’s offense was highlighted by #18 Erin Lafferty. The homegrown senior out of Upper Dublin High School, just minutes away from the Ambler Soccer Complex, scored two goals; one in each half. This is the second time Lafferty scored two goals in a single game (vs. Loyola MD, August 28th) and now has four goals on the season.

Temple returns to Ambler Soccer Complex this weekend to finish up their cross-city competition. The Owls host La Salle on Friday, September 18th, at 4pm, then they welcome the St. Joseph’s Hawks, Sunday, September 20th, at 1pm. Both of these contests will have live video and stats.
