Sophomore Forward Daniel Dingle has been granted a fifth year of eligibility, due to the approval of his hardship medical waiver.
Dingle suffered a torn meniscus injury on December 29th, and was sidelined for the majority of the 2013-2014 season. He played in 10 games this season prior to his injury and averaged 6.7 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.
The 6’7″ Bronx native will return for the 2014-2015 campaign as a redshirt sophomore, and his eligibility will extend to the 2016-2017 season.
