SportsDesk Pregame Report: Untested Temple Set for PSU Rematch

Vince Coll and Bri Hofsass break down the key matchups going into today’s game between the Temple Owls (1-1) and the Penn State Nittany Lions. The teams will kick off at noon today in a sold out Beaver Stadium.

Last year, Temple pulled off a shocking upset, dominating the Nittany Lions at home in a 27-10 win. The Temple defense sacked Penn State quarterback Christian Hackenberg 10 times, while Jahad Thomas racked up 135 rushing yards and two touchdowns to lead the Owls offense. The win marked the end of a 74 year drought against Penn State.
