On the morning of Saturday, September 27th, 2014, different student organizations participated in Adopt-a-Block.
Run by the Temple Student Government, Adopt-A-Block is a program in which students can serve the community just a few blocks off of Temple’s campus.
Student body President Ray Smeriglio calls it “a really great opportunity to bridge the gap between students and the community.”
Students spent time cleaning in several forms from trash pick-up to painting the curbs.
