Temple University to open at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5.

The statement below is from Temple’s official alert website.

In light of the likelihood of dangerous driving conditions Wednesday morning, Feb. 5, Temple University will open and classes will begin at 10 a.m. (Note for students at Temple’s Harrisburg Campus only: Students attending TU Harrisburg will be contacted separately about plans for morning classes.)

Essential personnel should be in touch with their supervisors to discuss scheduling.

All shuttle services (Main Campus to and from Ambler Campus, Ambler Campus to and from the Ambler SEPTA station, Main Campus to and from TASB) will begin at 9 a.m.

TUr Door and OWLoop service will suspend operations tonight at 1 a.m. (early Wednesday morning).

Campus Safety Services, Operations, Facilities, Campus Recreation, Paley Library, TECH Center, Student Center, food service and other staff will be on duty and working to ensure the safety and comfort of the Temple community.
