The Tyler School of Art hosted it’s 3rd annual Master of Fine Arts Open Studio Day this past weekend at Temple University.
Graduate students in Tyler’s prestigious and competitive MFA program welcomed onlookers and students alike into their studios to see some of their work up close and personal.
Coinciding with the popular art market also held in the school’s atrium, the Open Studio event featured refreshments, live demonstrations of artistic creations, and a chance to talk with the artists themselves.
Stephanie Werning, a current graduate student in Graphic Design at Tyler, called the event “a great networking opportunity” for both graduate and undergraduate students in various departments.
After another successful year of showcasing, the studios will happily be opening their doors again this time in 2015 for a fourth year in a row.
