New security measures are being considered at The View apartment complex in the wake of an incident which took place a short distance away last December.
Temple Update carried an exclusive story last month about an assault that took place outside of the building back in December. The February 26th report said that suspects in the assault were captured on surveillance cameras stepping into an apartment elevator just a short time before the assault. Following the incident, officials talked with Campus Security about further plans to update ID scanners at The View.
The View’s general manager told Temple Update that clearer ID scanners were being discussed before the assault happened. A date for the upgrade has yet to be set, according to officials.
