Kenan Thompson spoke to students at the Tomlinson Theater. He covered his time at SNL and how he got his start in acting.
“Ignore the word no, because you’re gonna hear it a billion different times in a billion different ways,” said Thompson in reference to aspiring actors.
On his 13th season, Thompson is the longest-running African-American member of NBC’s Saturday Night Live comedy show.
