After Saturday’s win against the Charlotte 49ers, the Temple Owls are now 4 and 0. Main Campus is excited about the start of the season and is confident that the football team will continue to win. After all, they did beat the Penn State Nittany Lions back on September 5, which was their first time in 74 years.
After that victory, the excitement did not stop there as the Owls continued to triumph in Cincinnati against the Bearcats, defeating them 34 to 26. However, the team almost lost their winning streak against the University of Massachusetts but ended up winning by 2 points. The Owls left the Minutemen devastated with the score at 25 to 23.
One Temple Student is surprised that the football team is doing as well as they are this season because of how many losses they had last year. But after the last game, his views have changed.
