Students in the Tyler School of Art Glass Guild held a Valentine’s sale in support of their trip to Chicago. Students displayed artwork ranging from $5-50 for visitors to purchase.
On the display table, students’ glasswork such as flowers and vases were offered for sale. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, humorous Valentine Cards were also available. No matter what artwork was bought, each purchase was in aid for the Tyler Glass Guild’s trip to Chicago. The sale was held Wednesday, February 12.
“It’s a three day conference that a lot of people can’t afford to go to because it’s so expensive so through the work and effort of the Guild, we’re able to make the trip happen,” said Jayna Anderson, Guild student.
